Pre-Order Policy

• No order cancellations are issued on any pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you agree and accept that your order may take anywhere from 3 to 60 business days to arrive.
• In the event that an item's original "expected by" date is extended, you have the option to substitute for a different in-stock style, size or color or continue holding the pre-order until restocked.  If any dollar amount discrepancy in price exists on said substitution, you will be refunded or invoiced for the difference.
• Your credit card will be billed once you complete your pre-order online transaction.
